Notable projects include a whole-home energy monitoring system deployed across 50,000+ homes in North America and a Matter-certified smart lock line for a European brand.
Predictive maintenance sensors, asset tracking systems, cold chain monitoring loggers, industrial gateway devices, and Modbus-to-cloud bridges. A standout project involved designing ultra-rugged vibration sensors for predictive maintenance on offshore wind turbines — devices that operate reliably in salt-spray environments at temperature extremes.
Wearable health monitors, medication adherence trackers, remote patient monitoring devices, and diagnostic instrument control boards. We've worked with medical device startups and established manufacturers to navigate FDA and CE medical device requirements for connected health products.
AI-powered bird species recognition cameras, smart agriculture soil sensors, electric vehicle charging controllers, and drone flight control systems. These projects often push technological boundaries and have been some of our most rewarding engineering challenges.
